“From Soil to Table” is more than just a campaign—it’s a movement to bring health, sustainability, and awareness back into the heart of our food systems. Led by Harit Disha Foundation, this initiative promotes organic farming as a way to nurture both our soil and our society. In an age where chemicals have taken over agriculture, we return to the roots—natural, traditional, and earth-friendly practices.
We believe that the journey of food—from the soil it grows in to the table it reaches—should be clean, conscious, and sustainable. Through this campaign, we offer training, distribute compost materials, support farmers in building compost pits, and help communities understand the long-term health benefits of going organic.
Every plate of food begins with a handful of soil. When we poison our soil with chemicals, we poison ourselves and the planet. But when we care for the land using organic methods, we restore balance—not just in ecosystems but in our own lives.
“From Soil to Table” seeks to create awareness that organic farming is not just a farming method, but a lifestyle—one that honors the earth, supports local farmers, and leads to healthier communities. This campaign also helps reduce dependency on expensive chemical-based inputs, making farming more affordable and self-reliant for rural communities.
We envision a future where every meal is not just food, but a conscious choice for a better planet.
Through ‘From Soil to Table’, we’re not just changing the way farming is done — we’re reshaping rural livelihoods. By guiding farmers toward eco-friendly practices and creating direct access to markets for organic produce, the initiative is strengthening both the soil and the economy, one harvest at a time.
We don’t just promote organic farming—we walk with farmers through every step of the transition. From hands-on training camps to ongoing field support, we are building a network of eco-conscious cultivators who can lead the way to food security and environmental restoration.
We also involve schools, communities, and urban volunteers in workshops that teach composting, kitchen gardening, and conscious food habits—making sustainability a way of life, not just a rural practice.
